About Us

Our lab focuses on understanding the genetic basis of natural variation in morphological traits, stress tolerance and life history traits using the fruit flies of the genus Drosophila as a model system. We are mainly working on clinal patterns of phenotypic traits and genetic variations specifically addressing the adaptive response to climatic variation.

We addressed questions to understand how eco-evolutionary dynamics influence adaptation to a seasonally changing environment.
